Crafted from the 3 Champagne grape varieties, these wines reflect the conditions of a specific year in the domaine's various vineyards in all their diversity.

Parcellaires

Single-varietal wines mostly originating from the finest plots on the historic Les Conardins domaine.

Experiences Naturelles

The idea behind these wines is to push our thinking about the interaction between the natural world and human know-how as far as we can. These experiments are our "R&D" zone, using our collection of vineyard plots and various different protocols and tests, from the vine to the cellar and including, of course, the vinification process.

Coteaux Champenois

Another interpretation of the estate's terroirs with a different sensory palette, a nod to Quentin's love of Burgundy and his first work experience.
